Voice 2 Email, a dedicated data capture service, allows you to set-up voice prompts requesting information from callers via audio voice feedback or DTMF keypress. For instance, you might request callers say their name after the first prompt and enter their phone number using DTMF keypress after a second prompt. The choice is yours, enabling you to configure the service to best suit
your needs.

Typically used for callers to register their interest in products or services, Voice 2 Email allows you to send callers additional information or contact them regarding their enquiries at a time that suits everyone. The service can also be used as a voice mailbox to avoid forwarding live calls.
